The secret ingredient? Spice Paste!!
| 1 | package 'Kitches of India Paste for Butter Chicken Curry' | |
| 1 cup | chicken stock | |
| 1 lb | cubed chicken | |

cauliflower florets |
| 1/2 cup | cashews (optional) | |
| 1/2 cup | raisins (optional) |
Put cauliflower in microwave safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Nuke for 2-3 minutes to partially cook (parnuked?). In large skillet sauté cubed chicken till cooked. Mash paste and stock until it becomes a slurry. Add stock, paste and cauliflower to skillet. Cook for 10 minutes. Toss in cashews and raisins a few minutes before the 10 minutes are up.
